GYEONGJU / WITHOUT A CAR
This course assumes one night in central Gyeongju, arrival at the current KTX station and repeated outdoor walks. It is a desk-checked planning course, not a guided tour or an on-site accessibility survey. Bulguksa, Seokguram and Bomun are separate outings.
These are editable planning allowances, not a bus timetable. Replace them with the journey for your travel date; longer waits, traffic or a distant hotel need more time. Arrival after 14:00 shortens Day 1. A return before 15:00, or a leave-base time before 13:30, removes the museum.

Use the live result for your hotel or the express/intercity terminals; confirm number, direction and alighting stop. Return to the KTX station, not the old downtown station. No fixed frequency or last-bus claim is made here.

Ask your booked hotel about before-check-in and after-check-out storage, collection time and fees. The city lists free single-use storage at Hwangnidan-gil Living Culture Center, 포석로1058-26, 10:00–18:30; check space and collect before closing. Station Zimcarry lists Exit 1 left end, staffed until 18:00 / locker collection until 23:00. Overnight terms and availability are unverified.

Daereungwon park is free; Cheonmachong interior is adult ₩3,000. Select the interior only if you have time.

Day 2 · breakfast → an open Gyeongju National Museum gallery, usually plan 10:00–12:00 → lunch → return to your base for luggage → station transfer → booked train. Confirm date-specific gallery closures first.
Three central bases, independently selected. Compare room type and the final walk; ask each hotel about luggage before booking. Bomun and Bulguksa hotels require a different transfer plan. Room prices below are editable allowances, not these hotels’ quotes.
Hwangnam base: hanok atmosphere beside the central walking district. Convenient for evening strolls; confirm the actual room bedding, bathroom arrangement, steps and parking before booking.

Central heritage lunch: leaf wraps, rice and side dishes provide a proper meal between walks. Check meat, seafood and fermented ingredients; a vegetable wrap does not guarantee vegetarian food.
