Phone verification and foreign-card support differ by service. Confirm both before ordering. Use the official park map and on-site signs to identify the delivery zone; a skyline photograph is not a pickup map.

Try a song before extending
Check remaining time or song credit before paying for more. Collect your phone and wallet when leaving. If you want a café afterwards, check one nearby that is still serving; a drink photograph is not a live venue recommendation.
Alternative
Ask staff to show the buttons or use a staffed venue. English songs do not guarantee an English interface.
Getting home
Plan backwards from your return journey. Spontaneous street busking is not a guaranteed performance.
Have dinner in the City Hall area, then choose a short walk. Add an interior palace visit only after checking today’s opening, closures and last admission through the palace guide.

Inside the palace and outside along the stone wall have different access conditions. Take photographs without blocking pedestrians. A night photograph does not prove access tonight or identify a drama scene.
Alternative
If palace admission has ended, keep the evening to an exterior walk. Use the linked drama guide for confirmed filming places.
Getting home
Save your return station before taking photographs. Do not add a distant neighbourhood simply because its pictures look similar.
For planning only: ₩7,000 for a meal, ₩2,000 for a snack and ₩1,000 spare. These are allocations, not verified shop prices. If current menus do not fit, choose one meal rather than promising both.

Ask the unit price if it is unclear. Confirm packaging fees, drinks and toppings before adding them. A photographed 24-hour sign is historical; check current opening before making a separate Hongdae ramyeon stop.
Alternative
Change the dish if the current price does not fit. Market food stalls have individual opening hours; do not assume an evening market guarantees every stall is open.
Getting home
Keep your fare and a return contingency outside the food budget.
Tell staff you are alone and ask whether a single portion is available. If a dish requires two portions, ask for another menu item or choose another venue. Individual bowls such as bibimbap or soup are ideas, not guarantees that every restaurant accepts solo guests.

Reduce moves if rain gets heavier. Save your return route and fare before entering the venue.
Start at Itaewon Station, choose dinner around Itaewon-ro 27-ga-gil, then one nearby café or music venue. Gyeongnidan and Haebangchon are optional branches with separate travel and hills.
Use the World Food Street area as a dinner starting point. Before sitting down, check single-person orders, ingredients, spice level and total price. Foreign-language menus and dietary accommodation depend on the venue.

You can finish with dinner and a café without alcohol. For music, check the programme for your date. Treat bars and clubs as adult options and confirm identification, entry fee, dress rules and reservations before going.
Do not require both Haebangchon and Gyeongnidan after dinner. Choose one only if time, hills and your accommodation direction make sense. Stay in central Itaewon if you are tired or it is raining.

Photograph respectfully and check the return
Keep quiet in residential alleys and do not enter private rooftops without permission. Check access and current opening before selecting a viewpoint. The archive photographs do not guarantee a rooftop seat tonight.
Alternative
If a venue is full or admission does not suit you, use a nearby open restaurant or café. Dinner and a short walk are a complete evening.
Getting home
Save the entire journey to your accommodation before leaving. Check the final transfer in your direction. If you add a hillside district, reassess which station works for the return.
Archive photographs; lighting and access may differ. Images are resized and cropped for these cards.
Durations are planning estimates, including a meal; they are not opening hours. Check last admission, today’s programme and your final connection before leaving.
A flexible evening plan
Start about an hour before sunset. Allow 30–45 minutes to get your bearings, 45–75 minutes for dinner, then 45–90 minutes for the main evening stop. Move a timed admission or booked show ahead of dinner when needed. These are suggested durations, not venue opening times.

Choose this evening if…
Choose this for dinner and an easy city walk. In heavy rain skip the stream and go directly to the restaurant district.
1. Reach the starting point
Start at Gwanghwamun Station, Line 5, Exit 5. Walk to Cheonggye Plaza; this is the starting area identified by Visit Seoul.
Use only the western stream section tonight. The official full walking tour continues much farther; it is not the route proposed here. Visit Seoul · Cheonggyecheon ↗
3. Follow this order
Times below are editorial planning allowances, not measured walking times or bookings.
Allow 35–45 min around Cheonggye Plaza and Gwangtonggyo. Leave the stream by a signed access point rather than continuing toward Dongdaemun.
Allow another 20–30 min to reach Ikseon-dong on a map-selected street route. Eat before the restaurant’s closing time; allow 60–75 min including a possible queue.
End at Jongno 3-ga Station beside the dinner area. A Jonggak detour is optional; do not backtrack simply to complete three stops.

Ask for haemul kalguksu. Shellfish is involved. Confirm the current price, last order and one-person seating; on Sunday choose another open noodle or rice restaurant in the same area.
The ₩25,000 meal-and-café figure below is a planning allowance, not Chanyangjip’s menu price. Transit and any taxi are extra.
6. Get back to your accommodation
Use Jongno 3-ga Lines 1/3/5. In your map app enter the hotel as the destination and check the last complete connection, including any change of lines. Leave the dinner area at least 30 min before that departure as a personal buffer.
Access, rain & a shorter option
Stream access can involve steps and closures. For a stroller or wheelchair, choose a verified ramp or stay on the street-level pavement.
Stop-by-stop map
Choose a numbered stop: the red pin marks the selected place. Match the number and place name above the map. For streets and parks, the pin is a meeting reference, not a verified entrance. Use NAVER or Kakao for walking directions.

At Cheonggye Plaza, take the stairs down to the waterside path. Look back at the cascade, then walk beneath a bridge: the traffic noise softens and the lights stretch across the moving water. Stay on the paved path and stop at a wider section to listen for a minute.
02
In Ikseon-dong, look above the shop signs: low tiled roofs and narrow passages are the attraction. Choose one small lane, walk it slowly, then sit in a hanok-style café where you can see the courtyard or roof structure. This is a place to notice details, not rush between monuments.
03
For dinner around Jongno 3-ga, compare a few displayed menus before choosing a place. A jeon pancake to share or a hot soup makes a simple order. Finish with a short coin-karaoke session if you want an activity after eating; ask staff to switch the song search to your language.
Who will enjoy this?
First-time visitors, food lovers and travellers using the metro.
Where to take photographs
At Cheonggyecheon, include a bridge or stepping stones in the foreground. Street-level views are an easier alternative to the steps down to the stream.
A gentler version
Choose just Ikseon-dong and dinner near Jongno 3-ga for less walking. N Seoul Tower, pictured above, has its own guide and requires a separate uphill transfer.
Your evening, step by step
Cheonggye Plaza → Cheonggyecheon
Start at the plaza and follow an open, illuminated streamside section toward Jonggak. Stairs connect street level to the water; use a signed ramp if needed. Return to street level during rain-related closures.
Choose a hanok-lane restaurant before the dinner rush, then browse dessert cafés. Nearby pocha streets offer a livelier atmosphere; read the menu and prices before ordering.
Try mandu dumplings, grilled meat or a Korean set meal. For a quieter alcohol-free evening, choose a tea or dessert café.
Getting there & getting home
Start at Gwanghwamun (Line 5) or City Hall (Lines 1/2); finish at Jonggak (Line 1) or Jongno 3-ga (Lines 1/3/5). Check the last train in your direction, including transfers.

Allow 20–30 min to cross back through the neighbourhood to Hongdae Walking Street. Browse for 30–45 min. Busking is a possible bonus, not a booked performance.
Return to Hongik University Station. Choose Line 2, AREX or Gyeongui–Jungang for your actual destination; the platforms are not interchangeable.

Start on the sand at Gwangalli and face the sea. Find the illuminated bridge towers, then follow the cables across the horizon with your eyes. Walk along the beach and compare the view from the centre with the view from one end: the bridge changes from a broad panorama to a diagonal across the water.
02
Take two photographs from the same spot: one with the whole bridge and a strip of sand, another with someone silhouetted against the lights. Then put the phone away for ten minutes and listen to the waves. The ordinary illuminated bridge is the main attraction; your evening does not depend on a drone show.
03
Choose a seafront café by checking the actual view before ordering; a window seat matters more than a famous name. For a hearty Busan meal, try dwaeji-gukbap: taste the pork broth first, then add the condiments gradually. You can enjoy the beach without buying a cruise ticket.
Who will enjoy this?
Couples, beach lovers and families wanting an easy promenade.
Where to take photographs
Photograph Gwangan Bridge from the beach promenade just after dusk. Keep your phone steady and avoid using flash for the distant bridge.
A gentler version
Stay around one café and a short beach section. Avoid adding Haeundae if a relaxed evening is the priority.
Your evening, step by step
Arrive before the sky turns dark
Walk onto the promenade while the horizon is still visible. Take wide photographs of the beach and Gwangan Bridge, then stay as the lights become brighter.
Choose a sea-facing café for a slow evening or a nearby restaurant for dinner. A seat directly on the waterfront may cost more than one a street inland.
Walk back along the lit promenade and leave time for the inland walk to the station. A drone show is a bonus only when the official programme confirms it.
Dwaeji-gukbap pork soup, milmyeon noodles, fish cakes or seafood. Check the unit price and preparation fee before choosing seafood.
Getting there & getting home
Use Gwangan or Geumnyeonsan on Metro Line 2, then walk to the beach. Haeundae → Dongbaekseom → The Bay 101 is a separate evening alternative, not a short continuation on foot.

Times below are editorial planning allowances, not measured walking times or bookings.
Suggested October start: dinner at 17:30. Allow 60–75 min. This is our proposed start time, not a restaurant reservation.
Allow 25–35 min to walk to Donggung & Wolji and 45–60 min inside, plus ticket queues. Enter well before 21:30 rather than treating last admission as an arrival target.
Woljeonggyo adds about 25–35 min walking and 20–30 min viewing. Skip it if tired or late; arrange the return from Wolji instead. Do not add Bulguksa to this evening walk.
Ask the minimum portions for a ssambap set. Solo diners can ask about bibimbap or soup as a single meal. Vegetable wraps do not establish a vegetarian meal; check meat, broth and sauces.
Known adult admission: ₩3,000 for Wolji; bridge ₩0. Add the meal-and-café allowance and your actual transport cost. Restaurant prices were not verified.
6. Get back to your accommodation
Decide before dinner whether you return to a central hotel or catch a booked train. Use the actual station departure time and current bus/taxi route. If the connection is tight, choose only Wolji or Woljeonggyo.
Access, rain & a shorter option

On Hwangnidan-gil, look for tiled rooflines behind the shopfronts and turn into a side lane to see a quieter view. Make this your food stop: sit down for dinner, then buy a small Hwangnam bread to share. Break it open to see the thin pastry around the red-bean filling.
02
At Donggung and Wolji, the scene to look for is a lit pavilion and its reflection in the same frame. Follow the permitted pond path and stop at several bends: trees, roofs and water overlap differently at each one. Try one wide photograph, then a closer reflection. Ripples can break up the mirror effect; they are part of the scene.
03
At Woljeonggyo, first view the entire bridge from the riverside so you can see the roofline above the water. If the covered passage is open, walk through and look along the repeated timber columns; then look back from the other bank. The outside panorama and the view inside the bridge feel quite different.
Who will enjoy this?
Traditional architecture, reflective water scenes and slower cultural travel.
Where to take photographs
At Wolji, wait for a calmer patch of water and frame the pavilion with its reflection. At Woljeonggyo, the riverbank gives a fuller bridge view than standing on the bridge.
A gentler version
Choose dinner plus Donggung and Wolji only; add Woljeonggyo on another evening if you prefer less walking.
Your evening, step by step
Hwangnidan-gil dinner
Eat before visiting the monuments and browse the hanok streets. Shops have their own closing times, so buy any bakery treats early.
Follow the visitor path and find a still-water angle for pavilion reflections. This is a ticketed attraction: check last admission before leaving dinner.
Finish with the illuminated bridge and riverbank view. Use a taxi between landmarks if walking would make you miss the final entry or return transport.
Ssambap vegetable wraps, a Korean set meal and Hwangnam bread to take away.

Stop where the promenade opens out; include both the railings and bridge in a photograph to show the scale, then turn towards the waterfront to see the cafés and people behind you.
03
At the pocha area, read the menu and serving size before sitting down. Seafood dishes are often ordered to share, so ask how many people a portion serves. The experience is a relaxed meal with the harbour nearby; you can enjoy it with a soft drink as well as alcohol.
Who will enjoy this?
Seafood dinners, harbour photography and a lively waterfront atmosphere.
Where to take photographs
The Geobukseon Bridge photograph shows the bridge itself, not Dolsan Bridge. Look for its lights from the Jongpo waterfront and keep your camera level for reflections.
A gentler version
Dinner and a short Jongpo promenade walk work well without a cable-car ticket or a cruise booking.
Your evening, step by step
Yi Sun-sin Square
Start around the square for orientation and an early meal, then head toward the waterfront.
Follow the Jongpo waterfront toward Geobukseon Bridge, the illuminated bridge shown in the photograph, for harbour reflections. Pause where the path widens instead of blocking the busy walking route.
Browse the food-stall area and choose by the displayed menu. For a quieter finish, use a waterfront café instead; Dolsan Park is an optional taxi excursion.
Seafood dishes, grilled fish and local side dishes. Raw marinated crab is a local option; choose cooked seafood if you prefer.
Getting there & getting home
From Yeosu Expo station use a local bus or taxi to the old waterfront. The cable car has its own boarding points and operating hours; it is not a guaranteed late-night return option.
A quieter city evening after a daytime wetland visit. Suncheon Bay Wetland, the National Garden and central Dongcheon are different places.

Short version · about 90 minutes
Culture Street café and dinner only; do not cross town merely to look for an unconfirmed market.
If it rains
Use an old-town restaurant and café; skip Dongcheon and wetland paths during rain.
Choose a numbered stop: the red pin marks the selected place. Match the number and place name above the map. For streets and parks, the pin is a meeting reference, not a verified entrance. Use NAVER or Kakao for walking directions.
Meet at stop 1; allow travel time from your hotel in addition to the route duration.
Before leaving your hotel
Save your hotel’s Korean address. Plan the entire return journey now, including the last transfer; add at least 30 minutes of personal buffer. Taxi prices and availability are not guaranteed.
Use a toilet before leaving the restaurant or café. Public facility hours and accessible entrances need checking locally. Carry water and a charged phone.
A small-city evening of shopfronts, water and food
01
In the Culture Street area, walk slowly enough to compare small shopfronts and side lanes. Choose an open gallery or café that interests you and actually go inside. This is a quiet neighbourhood evening, rather than a large illuminated landmark circuit.
02
At Dongcheon, choose a lit riverside section and follow the water for a short out-and-back walk. Watch the contrast between the dark water and reflected lamps, and listen for the change from street traffic to river sounds. Turn around at a bridge so your return is easy to follow.
03
For a local meal, look for kkomak cockles on a current menu. Ask whether they come shelled, seasoned or with rice; compare the briny shellfish with the accompanying vegetable side dishes. Araetjang is an option when vendors are open, not a guaranteed nightly market.
Who will enjoy this?
A quiet evening after nature sightseeing, cafés and local food.
Where to take photographs
Keep the exact Dongcheon access point saved; the river is long. Use a lit bridge or riverside path for context, rather than entering an unlit section for a picture.
A gentler version
Choose a Culture Street café and dinner near your hotel if the river is inconvenient. The wetland is a separate daytime visit unless official night access is announced.
Your evening, step by step
Culture Street
Start with a café and the small streets of the old centre while shops are still open.
Choose a lit, open section near your dinner or hotel area for a short riverside stroll. Check the exact access point on the map; the river covers a long distance.
Choose a restaurant for a dependable evening meal. Add the Araetjang night market only after checking its current operating day; it is not an every-night promise.
A compact evening of traditional streets and local food, with a riverside pavilion as the final photo stop.

What you will actually see & do
Rooflines, a brick church and a pavilion over the river
01
In the Hanok Village, leave the busiest snack street for one quieter lane. Look at the curved roof edges, wooden doors and small courtyards visible from public paths. Pick one snack to share, then save time for a seated meal instead of spending the whole evening in queues.
02
Near Jeondong Cathedral, compare its brick façade and rounded arches with the tiled hanok roofs nearby. View it from the public street if the grounds are closed. The contrast in building shapes is the point; an evening visit does not require access to the church interior.
03
Finish at Namcheongyo and Cheongyeonru. First look at the pavilion from the riverbank, then approach the bridge to see the timber and roof details at closer range. If the pavilion is accessible, pause there and watch the river before walking back into the village.
Who will enjoy this?
Hanok streets, local food and a compact walk with a traditional atmosphere.
Where to take photographs
Photograph the hanok rooflines before the sky turns fully black; finish with the pavilion reflection at Namcheongyo. Do not enter private guesthouse courtyards.
A gentler version
Skip Omokdae’s slope and stay on the main village streets and the bridge approach.
Your evening, step by step
Hanok Village at dusk
Walk the main lanes as the roofs and shop lights change with the evening. Residential side streets are quieter; keep voices low.
Pair a booked cultural programme with dinner, or enjoy the surrounding streets without depending on an evening exhibition.

Dinner in Dongmyeong-dong and one café; add ACC only with a confirmed programme.
If it rains
Choose a booked ACC performance if available, or a Dongmyeong-dong café; do not assume galleries stay open late.

Use a toilet before leaving the restaurant or café. Public facility hours and accessible entrances need checking locally. Carry water and a charged phone.
At the Asia Culture Center, explore the public areas that are open and look for the change between street level and the sunken spaces. The architecture is part of the visit. To see an exhibition or performance, choose a specific event from the programme and book that event, rather than assuming the galleries stay open at night.
02
In Dongmyeong-dong, compare cafés from the outside before choosing one: a courtyard, a converted house or a quiet upstairs room offers a different mood. Order a drink and one dessert to share, and make this a proper stop rather than a photograph at the door.
03
Walk Chungjang-ro for the busier contrast: illuminated shop signs, shoppers and food choices. Browse one shop or choose dinner from a posted menu. Songjeong tteokgalbi, shown in the food photo, belongs to a separate area; plan a separate journey if that dish is your priority.
Who will enjoy this?
Art and performance fans, café hopping and a city-centre meal.
Where to take photographs
Use the ACC plaza and architectural lines for city photographs. Check exhibition photography rules indoors; permission outside does not imply permission inside.
A gentler version
Choose either a performance or a longer Dongmyeong-dong café visit, then finish near Culture Complex Station.
Your evening, step by step
Asia Culture Center area
Start around the public plaza and architecture. Exhibition halls and performance venues have separate admission and closing arrangements.
Plan a waterfront meal and stroll; treat the fountain as a scheduled performance, not a continuously running attraction.

One waterfront meal and short stroll; the fountain is optional, not the reason to miss your train.
If it rains
Eat near Pyeonghwa Square and use a café; skip the show when weather cancellation is announced.
Choose a numbered stop: the red pin marks the selected place. Match the number and place name above the map. For streets and parks, the pin is a meeting reference, not a verified entrance. Use NAVER or Kakao for walking directions.

Use a toilet before leaving the restaurant or café. Public facility hours and accessible entrances need checking locally. Carry water and a charged phone.
At Peace Square, walk the seafront first and choose a clear view towards the fountain area. Notice how the broad water surface opens up the skyline. Find your viewing place before the programme begins rather than trying to photograph over other people midway through.
02
If a fountain performance is scheduled, stay for a complete programme. Follow the changes from low fans of water to taller jets, and notice when colour or movement matches the music. Record a short clip, then watch with your eyes; one still photograph misses most of this experience.
03
Afterwards, choose a nearby café or dinner stop and look back across the waterfront as the crowd disperses. On a no-show evening, treat this as a sea walk and meal; check the official fountain calendar before making a special trip for the performance.
Who will enjoy this?
An easy waterfront evening, fountain-viewing families and café stops.
Where to take photographs
Arrive before a confirmed show to choose a clear sightline without blocking the promenade. Use a short video for changing fountain patterns.
A gentler version
Choose a meal and café near the square if the fountain is cancelled; keep the same return transport plan.
Your evening, step by step
Arrive at Pyeonghwa Square
Find the waterfront and confirm the evening announcement before choosing where to eat.

Begin in Haengnidan-gil with dinner and a short lane walk. Look for places where modern cafés sit against the older townscape. Choose a snack or dessert you can finish before the fortress walk, leaving your hands free for steps and photographs.
02
At Hwaseong Haenggung, look at the gate and the rhythm of the tiled roofs from the square. Enter the palace only when an evening opening is actually offered and admission is available. Otherwise, the exterior gives you a useful contrast with the cafés you have just left.
03
At Banghwasuryujeong, begin beside Yongyeon Pond and look for the pavilion, wall and reflection together. Then compare that low viewpoint with a permitted path closer to the pavilion. The attraction is how the defensive wall bends into a delicate roofed structure beside the water.
Who will enjoy this?
Fortress architecture, café streets and traditional night photography.
Where to take photographs
Use a public viewpoint near Yongyeon for the pavilion and water together. Keep clear of steps and narrow paths while taking photographs.
A gentler version
Stay around Haenggung Square and Haengnidan-gil if you want to avoid wall-top stairs. Palace entry remains a separate ticketing question.
Your evening, step by step

What you will actually see & do
Follow a ribbon of water through the skyline
01
In Songdo Central Park, start at the waterside rather than walking straight across the lawn. Find a view with water in front and towers behind it. As the sky darkens, compare the buildings themselves with their broken reflections on the surface.
02
Follow a section of the waterway and change sides at an accessible bridge. Photograph the same skyline from two angles: include the path or bridge in one image and concentrate on the water in the other. Boats are an optional extra only if a rental is operating; the walk works without them.
03
Finish with dinner near the park, then take a short final look at the water before returning to the station. Choose an indoor table if it is windy: the appeal here is the spacious waterfront and modern skyline, not a market or guaranteed performance.
Who will enjoy this?
Modern architecture, water reflections and an unhurried urban walk.
Where to take photographs
Frame the waterway with the towers behind it. A daylight reference photo identifies the setting; the actual lighting varies by building and night.
A gentler version
Choose a short out-and-back walk from Central Park Station and a nearby meal instead of a full park circuit.
Your evening, step by step
Central Park Station
Start on the park side and find the waterway before sunset. Save the station entrance for your return.
Keep this evening in Jeju City. Seogwipo has its own market and is a separate base across the island.

Use a toilet before leaving the restaurant or café. Public facility hours and accessible entrances need checking locally. Carry water and a charged phone.
At Dongmun Market, walk one full aisle before buying. Compare the menus and portions, then choose two or three small things to share rather than a large order at the first stall. A tangerine drink and a savoury snack make contrasting tastes; follow the menus actually displayed that evening.
02
Use Chilseong-ro for a shop-and-stroll break between food and the waterfront. Browse a shop that catches your eye or sit for a drink. If you want black pork, make it a seated restaurant meal: watch it grill and try a lettuce wrap, rather than assuming every market stall sells the dish.
03
Finish at Tapdong’s seafront. Look towards the horizon, watch the waves against the sea wall from the public promenade, and compare the open, windy coast with the close-packed market you have just visited. This route stays in Jeju City; it is not an evening walk to Seogwipo.
Who will enjoy this?
Market snacks, a relaxed city evening and visitors staying in Jeju City.
Where to take photographs
Ask before photographing vendors closely. Keep moving through narrow market aisles and step aside before checking photos or maps.
A gentler version
Stay at Dongmun Market and a nearby café if the waterfront is windy. Choose a few snacks or one dinner, rather than over-ordering at the first stall.
Your evening, step by step

Reach Anmok Beach before it is fully dark so you can first see the curve of the beach and the breakwater. Face the sea and listen to the waves. The sun does not set over this east-facing sea; the evening attraction is the changing sky and atmosphere rather than a sunset dropping into the water.
02
On Coffee Street, choose a café with a view you can actually see from your seat. If the menu offers different beans, ask for a lighter or fuller-bodied cup and compare it with your usual coffee. A window seat, one drink and time to watch the sea are the core experience.
03
After your drink, take a short walk along the lit promenade and look back at the café windows from the beachside. Stay on the public path when it is dark and return by the same stretch. Keep this a relaxed single-beach evening instead of adding distant coastal stops after dinner.
Who will enjoy this?
Coffee lovers, couples and a slow evening by the East Sea.
Where to take photographs
Take beach and café photographs before full darkness, when the sea is still visible. After dark, use the lit promenade rather than the water’s edge.
A gentler version
Choose a café with a sea view and a short walk. Save the taxi pickup point before leaving the café.

Who will enjoy this?
For traditional architecture and a quieter evening near the historic centre.
Where to take photographs
From the permitted pond path, include the pavilion roof and its reflection. Do not step beyond barriers for a symmetrical shot.
A gentler version
Choose the garden if open and dinner only; omit the riverside if tired.
Your evening, step by step
Gwanghallu Garden
Check current admission and evening access before setting your dinner time. When open, follow the garden path and frame the pavilion with its pond reflection.
Choose a restaurant near the garden and ask how its loach soup is prepared. If you do not eat fish, check for a suitable alternative before sitting down.

Getting there & getting home
Namwon Station requires a local bus or taxi transfer to Gwanghallu. Reserve enough time to return to the station rather than treating it as a walk from the garden gate.
Hongdae offers live-music venues; larger shows take place around the country. Reserve a specific show and seat where needed. Street busking is spontaneous, not guaranteed.
Check the departure pier, check-in deadline, weather policy and final disembarkation time. A harbour or river view from a promenade is a good alternative without a booking.
Choose a currently operating facility and check whether shared relaxation rooms, bathing, towels and overnight use are included. Not every sauna operates all night.
Choose karaoke, a booked performance or a café close to your accommodation. Check the venue’s admission rules and closing time.
Plan your evening budget
Outdoor walks are often the lowest-cost option. Add food and local transport, then check individual prices for towers, monuments, shows, boats or rentals. A taxi home may cost more than the outward journey by metro.
Before the last train
Save your hotel address in Korean, the correct station entrance and the last connection in your direction. Timetables differ by day and line. Use the map apps to plan the whole return journey.
