K-Pop · PRACTICAL GUIDE
Book a K-Pop concert as an overseas fan
A preparation checklist from the official announcement to a confirmed booking. Each performance has its own conditions.
Guide reviewed: 1 October 2026 · Editorial guidance; confirm current provider conditions.
Start with the artist announcement
Open the artist’s official website or fan platform and follow its named ticket seller. Compare the show date, venue and sales opening time in Korea time. Keep the original announcement; a social-media screenshot alone is not enough to establish a seller.
Prepare the account before sales open
Check whether the event offers a global booking page and whether your account needs identity or fan-club verification. Ticketlink says passport verification applies to certain events, not every event. Use your own valid passport and matching information if required; submit documents only through the provider’s official process.
Check the full order before paying
Check attendee-name rules, ticket limits, seating or standing area, payment methods, service fees, collection method and cancellation deadlines. Presale eligibility is separate from securing a seat. If payment fails, check your order status before paying again.
Save the confirmation and plan the return
Save the booking reference and the organiser’s entry instructions. Check which original ID and ticket format are accepted; screenshots may not replace a live or physical ticket. Plan the return journey before choosing accommodation. This site provides guidance; ticket purchase and support remain with the official seller.
