Destination

Use the Jecheon temple address, not the unrelated Jeongbang Waterfall on Jeju. Follow the designated approach and allow time for steps and uneven ground. Rain or ice changes the safety of the ascent. Photograph the lake from public viewpoints, without entering closed meditation spaces.

Transport

Take a train to Jecheon, then arrange a lakeside road transfer and a return taxi. The last mountain section needs a separate access check; a lake cable-car ticket does not include this temple transfer.

Stay

For a straightforward overnight plan, compare accommodation around 청풍리조트. Check the exact building, late check-in and the return transfer. A garden or temple ticket does not include accommodation.

Local food

Choose a meal on your actual arrival or return route; map “청풍황금떡갈비 청풍호로 1682” and verify today's hours, total price and minimum portions. The linked restaurant guides below are separate stops, with their own addresses.

Personal essentials

Walking shoes, water, sun/rain protection, a warm layer and a charged phone with the Korean entrance saved. Check steps and gradients before travelling with a stroller or wheelchair.

A workable visit plan

Start with the confirmed Jecheon · Cheongpung lake arrival and return connection. Visit the named entrance, allow time for the walk, then choose a meal or one linked road stop. Skip the extra stop if local transport or weather cannot support it.

Suggested visit times are our planning allowances, not measured transfer times. Reserve the return connection first; current room prices, menus and local departures need a check for your travel date.
