Volcanic shores and village life. Use Seongsan as a base and choose between a main-island day and a weather-dependent Udo day.
A relaxed two-night plan
Choose a region and stay nearby. These are separate itineraries; do not combine all four into one short visit.

Day 1
Arrive in Seongsan and check in. If daylight and transport allow, take a short Seopjikoji coast walk; a late arrival is for dinner and rest.

Day 2
Choose Seongsan Ilchulbong and its coastal area, or a Gujwa day centred on the Haenyeo Museum OR Manjanggul. Udo replaces this whole day; do not add it after the cave and summit.

Day 3
Have breakfast near the hotel, collect your bags and travel back toward Jeju City or the airport. Add a separate city night for Dongmun if extending the trip.
Keep departure day simple: collect your bags, allow time for airport travel and car return, and skip queues or ferries before your flight. For an early flight, move to Jeju City the previous night.
Choose your overnight base
Seongsan/Goseong for the eastern coast; Gujwa if that is your main focus. Keep the same base for both nights.
Compare current room availability, cancellation rules and the actual bus stop. Hotel examples are not live offers; meals, luggage storage and opening times need confirmation.

Seongsan and Gujwa are separate drives. Check parking and return time; confirm any Udo vehicle exception with the ferry operator.
Without a car
Check your actual Seongsan/Goseong stop and both directions. Pick one main visit a day and allow for a taxi connection where needed.

Summit access at Seongsan involves stairs; check its monthly closure. Manjanggul is reopened, but check the first-Wednesday closure. Ferry weather and the final sailing decide an Udo day.
