Cheonjusan is a 639 m mountain on the Changwon–Haman border, famous for spring azaleas and views over Changwon. Dalcheon Valley at the foot of the mountain offers a gentler summer outing; visiting the valley does not mean reaching the flower slopes or summit.
Spring azalea slopes above Changwon · Dalcheon Valley is a separate easier outing
For a mountain walk, choose either the Cheonjuam entrance or the Dalcheon Valley car park side. Korea Tourism Organization lists a Dalcheon-side route via the spring, meeting square and helipad toward the summit; that route was described as a multi-hour hike, so check current signs and conditions. Bloom dates and festival operation vary each year; do not treat an older festival listing as this year’s schedule.
