Seoul Express and Central City share a metro station but have different departure halls. Follow the terminal printed on your ticket.
From booking to boarding
Choose the date and terminal
Compare the exact destination terminal with your accommodation. Check the journey duration and leave room for traffic delays.
Select a seat and pay
Review the seat class, passenger category and cancellation terms before payment. Do not select a concession unless you meet its conditions.
Save your confirmation
Keep the booking number and payment details available. Follow the booking instructions for an e-ticket, QR code or terminal ticket collection.
Find your platform
Our suggestion: arrive 20–30 minutes early, with extra time for assistance or ticket collection. Check the board, bus destination and seat number.
Luggage, breaks & accessible boarding
Pack for the journey
Ask where to place large bags and keep medication and valuables with you. Use the terminal restroom; do not assume the coach has an onboard toilet. At a rest stop, confirm the departure time and remember your bus.
Arrange support before paying
Check step height, wheelchair access, mobility-aid storage and any companion seating with the operator. An online seat reservation alone does not confirm accessible boarding.
